for a long time we've presented these butterflies as Euselasia aurantiaca, San Lorenzo, Durango ; but it is Euselasia jocotoco, a species described in 2009 by Keith Willmott.
as a matter of fact our specimens are smaller than those in KRW's description, 30 mm instead of 35 for the male, and 35 instead of 40 for the females.
